Slow Letters Support

If you run into issues with sign-in, replies, subscriptions, restoring access, or account deletion in Slow Letters, start here.

1. Sign-in and email codes

The app uses email code sign-in. Enter your email and we send a one-time code. New emails can begin using the app directly without a separate sign-up step.

2. Replies and relationship archives

If replies don't appear as expected, relationships don't sync, or the discover feed looks incomplete, send us your email, device model, and a screenshot so we can investigate.

3. Subscriptions and restoring access

If you completed a purchase through the App Store or another billing path but the app hasn't caught up yet, try restoring from the account screen or contact support directly.

4. Account deletion

You can initiate account deletion directly from the in-app account screen. Deletion removes the account, relationship history, and related sessions, except for records we must retain for legal or financial reasons.
