Refund Policy

1. Digital product policy
LoveLetter sells digital-only subscriptions and one-time digital reply top-up packs. Because access is delivered immediately to a software service, refunds are not guaranteed once service access or digital usage has begun.
LoveLetter is operated by WenXinHuang. Refund questions may be sent to support@justlove.work.
2. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.
3. When refunds may be considered
- Duplicate charges.
- Billing errors caused by the platform or payment processor.
- Material failure to provide the purchased service where no practical remedy is available.
4. One-time top-up purchases
One-time top-up purchases are generally non-refundable after the credits are granted, except where required by law or where the purchase resulted from a verified billing error.
5. Request window
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the original charge unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.
